Fascicolo Sanitario 5.2.6

The Fascicolo Sanitario application allows you to quickly access the main digital healthcare services of the Lombardy Region, providing a comprehensive tool for your entire medical history. With this app, you can:

• Download medical documents without the need to visit a healthcare facility to retrieve paper copies.
• Retrieve prescriptions issued in Lombardy or other regions without having to visit the doctor for a reminder. You no longer need to print pharmaceutical prescriptions; you can simply show the barcode to the pharmacist.
• View your and your children's vaccinations administered in Lombardy or other regions, as made available by vaccination centers.
• Add useful documents to enrich your Fascicolo Sanitario.
• View your appointments.
• Consult your care plans if you have opted for chronic patient care.
• Manage consent for accessing the Fascicolo Sanitario for yourself and your children.
• View the information of your general practitioner.
• Download COVID-19 green certifications when made available by the Ministry of Health's national platform.
• Access the celiac budget for you and your children.
• View the list of your active exemptions.

You can access the Fascicolo Sanitario app using your SPID digital identity or through the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) by having the CieID app already installed on your device.
